6 replies. Sonos Roam is normally charged using its dedicated Sonos Qi base. It currently won't power on. It shows in the app as being "powered off". No lights are on. If I put it onto a hard wire charger it shows a solid orange charging light. That light does not go off as long as the charging cable is connected.

The Roam doesn't access the network in the same way the rest of your speakers do. For most homes, one speaker is wired to your network, which then creates a mesh network, separate from your WiFi, for your other speakers. The Roam, and the Move, cannot connect to the Sonos mesh network.
